We are based in Germany (near Bremen), but we ship worldwide with fast, insured DHL shipping.

Do we have a retail store?

No, but we have many successful online shops worldwide. Our office can be found in Harpstedt.

The debit is made in EUR, but you can also pay with us in any currency.

Is MagicMic a registered trademark?

MagicMic has been a registered trademark within the EU since 2024.

Shipment

Will delivery be made to my country?

We ship worldwide to every country using different shipping methods. Mostly via DHL.

Is it possible to get free shipping?

Standard shipping fee applies, but we also offer free shipping on orders.

When will orders be shipped?

We ship within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment.

How long does it take to receive your order?

It takes between 1 and 4 days depending on your delivery address and the shipping method you choose.

Who is our shipping service provider?

Our shipping service providers are DHL, USPS and Hermes. It always depends on your exact location.

Order & order status

Is there an order and shipping confirmation?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation once your order has been received. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email or an SMS with the tracking number.

Why doesn't the tracking link show anything?

If your tracking number is not working or has errors, it may be that the shipment was not picked up by the courier or the courier did not scan it as received. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be recorded by the courier.

Where can I enter a discount code?

You can enter your code at checkout.

Can you use multiple discount codes when ordering?

No. You can only use one discount code per order, except for certain special promotions.

Can you change or cancel your order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order within 12 hours. However, once the courier has picked up the package, this is unfortunately no longer possible.
