Mono or stereo? Audio track?
The 3rd generation MagicMic™ is a microphone with a mono audio channel.
The microphones can record individually by switching one off. However, when used simultaneously, the signals are mixed into a single audio track.

Important information for Mac & Windows users:
To set up your microphone on a Mac or Windows PC for Zoom etc. , please follow these steps:
- Open the system settings and select the desired microphone for both input and output.
- In Zoom, you shouldn't select the microphone again in the Zoom microphone settings. Instead, click on "Join with computer audio".

Wireless – how does that work?
Yes, the MagicMic™ microphone (3rd Generation) is wireless. It uses radio signals to transmit audio data from the microphone to the receiver, giving the speaker or performer greater freedom of movement of at least 100-150m.

No sound – what to do?
Check that both connection lights are solid green (on the receiver and both transmitters).
If not, you have to turn the microphone completely off and then on again.
If they are solid green, start recording. After saving, remove the adapter from the receiver or device and listen to the recording. You can also listen to it using the headphones provided. All you have to do is plug them into one of the transmitters.
The microphone isn't connecting – why?
If the connection lights are flashing and not solid, then the microphones are not yet connected to the receiver. Press the power button 3 times in quick succession on both the microphones and the receiver. Once the connection light is solid green, everything is connected.

How long does the battery last?
The MagicMic™ microphone battery provides 6-8 hours of operation on a full charge.
How do I clean it?
To clean your MagicMic™ 3rd Generation, disconnect it from all devices and turn it off. Wipe the exterior with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Gently clean the area around the microphone grille with a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol. If necessary, use compressed air spray to remove stubborn dirt. Also clean the cable and connector with a damp cloth and isopropyl alcohol. Allow the microphone to dry completely before using it again. Regular cleaning ensures optimal audio quality and a long service life.
How are price reductions displayed?
In accordance with Section 11 of the Price Indication Ordinance (PAngV), we hereby inform you that the crossed-out price is the lowest total price we have charged for this product in the 30 days prior to the price reduction. The reduced price is valid for a maximum of four weeks. After this period, the reduced price will become the new standard price.
