HOW TO CONNECT?

To set up your microphone on a Mac or Windows PC for Zoom etc. , please follow these steps:
- Open System Preferences and select the desired microphone for both input and output.
- In Zoom, do not select the microphone again in the Zoom mic settings. Instead, click "Join with computer audio."
This will ensure that your microphone is correctly configured and working optimally.

What is a mono microphone and how good is it?
A mono microphone records sound sources in a single audio channel, storing all sounds on a single audio path. This provides clear, centered sound sources, particularly good for voice recordings. Editing mono files is easier because no panning (distribution of the audio signal) is required. Mono recordings are also compatible with most playback devices and require less storage space than stereo recordings.
Can it be used at sporting events?
Yes, it can be used at sporting events. The noise cancellation works perfectly for this.
Can it be used outdoors?
Yes, that's possible. The noise cancellation function means you always have the best sound. Our matching windshield also reduces annoying wind noise.

Which connection is intended for the DSLR camera?
The connection for the DSLR camera is usually a 3.5 mm connection. We supply this.
Which connection is intended for the Gopro camera?
The MagicMic can be connected without any problems. We supply the adapters.
Is it wireless and how does it work?
Yes, the MagicMic™ microphone (3rd generation) is wireless. It uses radio signals to transmit the audio data from the microphone to the receiver, allowing the speaker or performer more freedom of movement of at least 100-150m.
I can't hear any sound when recording?
Check that both connection lights are solid green (on the receiver and both transmitters).
If not, you have to turn the microphone completely off and then on again.
If they are solid green, start recording. After saving, remove the adapter from the receiver or device and listen to the recording. You can also listen to it using the headphones provided. All you have to do is plug them into one of the transmitters.
The microphones do not connect directly to the receiver?
If the connection lights are flashing and not solid, then the microphones are not yet connected to the receiver. Press the power button 3 times in quick succession on both the microphones and the receiver. Once the connection light is solid green, everything is connected.

What is the Bluetooth function suitable for?
A Bluetooth connection can also be established to link additional devices, for example to integrate background music into the recording.
How long does the battery last?
The MagicMic™ microphone battery provides 6-8 hours of operation on a full charge.
How do I clean & care for the microphone?
To clean your MagicMic™ 3rd Generation, disconnect it from all devices and turn it off. Wipe the exterior with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Gently clean the area around the microphone grille with a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol. If necessary, use compressed air spray to remove stubborn dirt. Also clean the cable and connector with a damp cloth and isopropyl alcohol. Allow the microphone to dry completely before using it again. Regular cleaning ensures optimal audio quality and a long service life.
