The adapter is compatible with all laptops, PCs, etc. that have a USB-C or USB-A port.
It is best used in conjunction with our MagicMic™ microphones.

Is the adapter easy to install and use?
Yes, the adapter simply plugs into the corresponding port. This allows for a quick and easy connection with all our MagicMic™ microphones .
How long does the delivery take?
Our average shipping times are 1-5 days. This is the perfect time to deliver high quality products for every content creator! (We process every order in just 1-2 business days)

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete or incorrect delivery information. We do our best to avoid errors by checking shipping information immediately after purchase.
Is there a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships containing your tracking information. If you have not received tracking information within 7 days, please contact us , our customer support will be happy to send you all the information about your package. Normally you will receive your tracking number after 2 days of placing your order.
I no longer want my order, can I cancel and return it?
We have a refund policy for damaged/missing goods. We do not offer cancellations if the shipping email has already been sent. Once the item(s) have been dispatched, we no longer have control over them.
You can request a refund AFTER you receive your item, according to our returns policy.
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within 3-5 weeks (due to lost mail, etc.), please contact us and we will help you ship a new product free of charge.
Refunds and returns will not be processed after 30 days (from delivery). Thank you for your understanding!

Do you have any questions about the price reduction?
In accordance with Section 11 of the Price Indication Ordinance (PAngV), we hereby inform you that the crossed-out price is the lowest total price we have charged for this product in the 30 days prior to the price reduction. The reduced price is valid for a maximum of four weeks. After this period, the reduced price will become the new standard price.
If the crossed-out price is a non-binding recommended retail price (RRP) from the manufacturer, this is explicitly indicated. In accordance with Section 5 of the German Act Against Unfair Competition (UWG), this does not intend to mislead the consumer.
